Sino-Russian alliance? With the collapse of the Soviet Union, Sino-Russian rapprochement began. The alliance of China and Russia is not yet a NATO-like alliance, but these two countries are an alliance that protects each other in international institutions and even in negotiations against countries they find close to themselves, such as Iran. China and Russia support each other diplomatically on issues such as Taiwan, Tibet, HK. The trade and political balances that emerged in the Ukraine issue and strengthened by sanctions once again brought the strategic partnership of China and Russia to the agenda.

Political and economic aggression… The US does not want Russia to become stronger politically and China to become economically stronger. Therefore, both countries are actually rivals of the US. On the one hand, there is an increasingly fragile “Western” alliance under the US leadership from the Cold War era. In the face of this situation, a new Sino-Russian alliance is forming, which is very different from the structure defined as the "socialist bloc" during the Cold War, which can extend to countries other than the Western alliance, but is sometimes assumed to be so. The phenomenon of trade war under Trump turned into a phenomenon of political war with Russia in 2021, when Biden again pressed the Ukraine button within the framework of the European political balance. At this point, while Russia's aggression opens an economically damaging front against the Western alliance, China finds the opportunity to gain strength both in commercial terms and in terms of political aggression in its sphere of influence. It will be possible as long as Russia does not fall and the Putin regime remains active.

Economic power… The boycott of Russian goods and the paralysis of its financial system are important in terms of giving China the opportunity to buy the commodities sold by Russia and to keep the commercial channel active and to strengthen against the Western camp. The purchase of food, energy and raw materials sold by Russia through alternative monetary systems and bond purchases by China can be seen as a two-dimensional support in economic and political terms. China also has expansionist visions, and in the region stretching from the South China Sea to Indochina and from there to Australia, the Pacific is swarming with different power centers. In particular, Taiwan is to China what Ukraine is to Russia, and action will be taken at some point.

Camping… The developments in the Taiwan Strait and the China Sea may turn out to be another reflection of the alliance with Russia in the coming period or years, this time in which China is in aggression. The US navy still has a presence in the China Sea, and it can also manifest as the protection of Taiwan, the expansion of China to the south, and in this regard, the economic confrontation of Japan, India, Korea, and the politically Japan and Australia. AUKUS, formed by the US, the UK and Australia, is of course a security pact against China. The US did the same thing by binding Europe to itself more firmly against Russia through NATO, and formed the thesis of self-defense brought by the Russian threat, despite Germany and France, who were pro-soft diplomacy. Now, with energy sanctions, it also provides economic dominance by supplying Europe with supplies other than Russian gas.

Conclusion? China and Russia are approaching each other as two great powers whose movements are tried to be limited by the US-based system because they question and question the status quo. For China, it is more appropriate for the Russian front to remain open to expand its activities, and for the US, which is politically worn out on this front. In order for this to be sustained, the continuation of the Putin regime, that is, Russia, must not fall. Of course, anti-Americanism in the Chinese administration is not a new phenomenon. There are facts similar to the polarization situations before the World Wars, and military and political movements all over the world confirm this. From Northern and Eastern Europe to the Balkans, Far Asia, Korea, India-Pakistan and the oceans.
